While speaking on an MSNBC panel before Joe Bidenās speech about the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank yesterday, former Press Secretary Jen Psaki emphasized how the fact the speech was at 9:00am went to prove how seriously Biden was taking the problem, because he usually does absolutely nothing at that time.
"It's important to note, President Biden does nothing at 9:00am He is a night owl. So the fact that he is doing this at 9:00am anyway speaks to how vital the White House recognizes it is for him to have his voice out there," she told the panel.

At the speech, which came following the second and third largest banking failures in U.S. history, Biden told the public that they had nothing to worry about - before leaving without taking questions.
