The Broken Logic Behind Eric Swalwell’s Plan to Punish ICE

Democrats refuse to hide their hatred for immigration enforcement, but Rep. Eric Swalwell just took his anti-ICE plans to a new level.

Swalwell, who is running to become California’s next governor, promised that if he gets elected, he will implement a policy that revokes driver’s licenses from ICE agents.

“They’re not going to be able to drive. I will take your driver’s license. Good luck walking to work, a**holes,” Swalwell vowed. “Also, I will direct law enforcement to use every power to prosecute them for battery, false imprisonment, and murder.”

Host Hayley Caronia explained why Swalwell’s plan really exposes the Democrat Party’s upside-down reality.

“He wants to take away the driver’s licenses of ICE agents. But in California, they’ll give them to illegal immigrants,” Caronia pointed out. “They’re going to take them from the ICE agents and just hand them to illegals.

“So American citizens who have a job can’t drive anymore,” she continued. “If you can’t read and you can’t speak a lick of English, here’s a driver’s license. That’s the plan he’s running on in California. What could go wrong?”
