A new campaign video from team Trump ridicules Vice President Kamala Harris' “inspiring” public statements.
The 82-second video highlights numerous instances of Harris’ incoherent ramblings and gaffes.
Trump had previously targeted Biden over his daily gaffes, questioning his cognitive ability to lead - and is now turning up the heat on VP Harris with a similar line of attack.
The video begins with a clip from last year where VP Harris repeatedly emphasizes the "significance of the passage of time"; "We're talking about the significance of the passage of time, right? The significance of the passage of time. So when you think about it, there is great significance in the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs. And there is such great significance to the passage of time."
