VP Harris Gives Her Most Bizarre Answer Yet

Once again a video of Vice President Kamala Harris answering a question like she's a student giving a book report on a book she hasn't read has gone viral.

Comments initially made during an interview with MSNBC's Joy Reid back in April were replayed in a new series that debuted Sunday on the network called "The Culture Is: Black Women."

The debut episode, which featured a lengthy table discussion between Reid, Tiffany Cross, Rep. Ayanna Presley, Tarana Burke, and others discussing how society is racist for not valuing their hair styles, also touched on Ketanja Brown Jackson's confirmation to the Supreme Court, where clips from Reid's interview with Harris were replayed.

"We sat and watched the Ketanji Brown Jackson hearings in which she very calmly sat through what I think a lot of — particularly black women, let's be honest, felt was brazen disrespect from senators like Lindsey Graham, Tom Cotton, senators like Josh Hawley. What did you think when you watched that hearing?" Reid asked.

"I will tell you..... Joy...... I experienced great.... joy when I watched this brilliant...... phenomenal... black woman......jurist....... be so smart," Harris replied, pausing after nearly every word. "And just cut through the political gamesmanship they were attempting to incite and she just was composed and as far as I'm concerned was taking a whole lot of people to school and I watched that with incredible joy because it was brilliance being displayed for the entire country to see," she explained.
