Leaked video captured a tense exchange between Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz and agents.
The beginning of the video shows Ortiz telling agents that “We don’t give up. We stay focused. We continue to do the job and the mission we all signed up for. We all raised our hand…” which was met with pushback from agents who noticed the rhetoric they’re hearing doesn’t match the policies in place. “You can’t even say illegal alien,” one agent said, referencing a Biden Administration order from April banning the use of the term “illegal alien” at CBP and ICE.
Another agent told Ortiz “You keep releasing criminal aliens into the country,” while another slammed Biden’s migrant flights.
